Version 1, August 26, 2026
How the index earns trust.
Operators can submit corrections and inventory. They cannot pay for rank, evidence score, or a “verified” label.
What we include
Pay-to-rank directories, pixel walls, logo grids, and auction-style ad surfaces that were live or credibly reported live during our most recent review. The public index currently favors card-buyable inventory because that is what our managed campaigns can execute reliably.
Evidence score
- 5: live product plus multiple direct buyer outcome reports or independently reproducible public data.
- 4: live product with observable activity or a source-backed operator ledger.
- 3: active checkout and recent third-party market snapshot.
- 2: reportedly open, with thin evidence of buyer activity.
- 1: technically open but no sales or activity in the latest snapshot.
Status labels
Verified live means we fetched the current product directly during this review. Reported live means a dated market snapshot or current operator source says checkout is open. Watch means technically available with little evidence of demand.
Campaign selection
We do not buy every market blindly. A campaign basket excludes dead inventory, category mismatch, crypto-only friction unless approved, fake engagement, policy conflicts, and placements whose current price no longer fits the plan. We favor measurable card inventory and diversify across mechanics.
Measurement
Tracked redirect links record board, timestamp, qualification reason, and referrer when provided. Top-level browser navigations are separated from metadata fetches and prefetches before they enter campaign click totals. We use board-reported impressions only when the operator exposes a credible measurement method. A click is not a sale and a listing is not an endorsement.
Paid-link policy
Paid destinations use rel="sponsored nofollow". SpotBundle sells placement and campaign operations, not search rankings.
SpotBundle Signal
Displayed CPC divides a board's publicly displayed paid total by its publicly displayed outbound clicks only when both values cover a comparable listing set. It is an observation, not a forecast or audited media metric.
Confidence-adjusted CPC penalizes operator-reported, sampled, stale, and mismatched evidence. The Signal score is a sorting aid, not a promise of traffic quality, conversions, revenue, or ROI.
Break-even conversion rate divides displayed CPC by the customer value entered by the visitor. SpotBundle does not supply or infer conversion rates.
SpotBundle verified is reserved for campaign-specific redirect events measured by SpotBundle. Operator counters remain clearly labeled, even when they describe clicks as verified or deduplicated.
Corrections
Board operators can email tai@sprinterconsulting.com with a URL and supporting evidence. Material corrections are dated in the source ledger.
