Service terms
Clear before clever.
Effective September 15, 2026. SpotBundle is operated by Sprinter Consulting LLC.
Service
The founding Launch Sprint is a 30-day managed distribution service for one product and one target audience. Unless a written proposal says otherwise, the $1,000 price consists of a $750 fixed management fee and a $250 third-party media allowance. Work can include channel research, copy and asset adaptation, manual submissions, launch-platform activity, paid placements, follow-up, campaign tracking, and an evidence ledger.
Initial digital report
The $49 SaaS Launch Channel Map is a separate digital research report generated from SpotBundle's committed public channel catalog. Stripe confirms payment before the report becomes available as an HTML download on the success page. It does not purchase media, submit a product, or guarantee publisher acceptance, backlinks, rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or return on ad spend. The report shows the source and capture date for each observation; prices and availability can change after capture.
Execution commitment
When SpotBundle accepts a paid Launch Sprint, it commits to at least 15 documented submissions or placements and a completed ledger. A documented action records the target, work performed, status, and supporting evidence available at campaign close. If a planned target is unavailable, fails review, or becomes uneconomic, SpotBundle may substitute another fit-matched channel until the execution floor is met.
No outcome guarantee
SpotBundle does not control publisher acceptance, review timing, link attributes, ranking, or audience behavior. We do not guarantee approvals, live-listing counts, backlinks, impressions, clicks, leads, sales, ranking duration, virality, search performance, or return on ad spend. Public publisher counters and third-party estimates are not audited outcomes.
Payment and media
No payment is due from the managed public intake alone. If SpotBundle confirms fit, the final scope and payment instructions are provided separately. The management fee covers completed research, positioning adaptation, submission and placement work, follow-up, tracking, and reporting. Third-party media spend is recorded at cost. Any media allowance not spent by campaign close is refunded to the original payment method. Work outside the accepted scope requires written approval. The Channel Map does not purchase or allocate third-party media.
Creative and prohibited content
You confirm that you own or can use the supplied name, copy, logos, screenshots, destination, and claims. SpotBundle can reject or stop work involving unlawful products, deceptive claims, malware, impersonation, hate, explicit content, regulated offers without required substantiation, or publisher-policy violations.
Tracking and disclosure
Where a publisher permits it, placements can use campaign-specific redirect URLs. Redirect events indicate navigation at the measurement boundary; they do not prove a landing-page load, human intent, a conversion, or revenue. Paid links should be disclosed and use sponsored or nofollow attributes where applicable.
Cancellation and refunds
Before managed work begins, cancellation receives a full refund. After work begins, the management fee is refundable only for work not completed, assessed reasonably against the accepted scope; unspent media remains refundable. Media already paid to third parties is nonrefundable unless the publisher refunds it. If SpotBundle cannot fulfill the execution commitment, the buyer receives a proportional management-fee refund plus unspent media.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotBundle's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected sprint. SpotBundle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for third-party publisher actions.
